Information you provide

Seller inquiries can include your name, email, optional phone number, property address, property condition, selling timeline, and comments. Buyer inquiries can include your contact details and investment criteria. Appointment bookings collect the details requested in the booking form. Please provide only information needed for your inquiry.

How your information is used

Blade Investo uses inquiry information to review properties and investment criteria, respond to requests, arrange appointments, and keep records of those conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to buy or sell a property.

Forms, scheduling, and service providers

Forms and scheduling are provided through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Information entered into those tools is sent to Blade Investo's account with that provider. Website hosting, form delivery, and anti-spam services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and request logs. Providers may use cookies or similar storage needed to operate their services.

Maps and media

The interactive map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap when the map section loads. This sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to that service. The walkthrough video plays only when you choose to start it. These pages do not load an advertising pixel or a separate analytics service.

Text messages and your choices

Text-message consent is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry. If you opt in, the form describes the messages covered by that choice. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data and messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process that information to operate messaging for Blade Investo.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests

Contact Blade Investo to ask about information you submitted, correct it, request deletion, or change your communication preferences. Requests may require verification, and some records may need to be retained for an ongoing transaction or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not send passwords, bank details, or identity documents through the inquiry forms.
